Model 1650-00 triple beam balance offers all
the features of the triple beam Model 760-00
except the 0-10 poise has been replaced with a speed dialer. The
engraved Vernier Dial allows you to quickly determine the
0 to 10 g range in 0.1 gram increments. The
Model 1650-00 and 1610-00 feature a taring capabilities.
The Tare Beam and poise allow containers or objects up to 225 grams, by
sliding it to the approximate balance, then rotating in either direction
for precise positioning. Net weight of the
contents of the container may then be read directly eliminating the need
of any calculations and the undivided tare beam speeds the operation.
Accurate and rugged, the triple beam has a 610 gram weighing
capacity. 
Like
all the 700 Series triple beams the weighing capacity can be increased
to 2610 grams by purchasing the optional 707-00 attachment
weights .
The
Model 1610-00 offers
a removable pan exactly the same as the Model 710-T0
with the added convenience and speed of a direct reading dial calibrated
10 g x 0.1g. Two graduated, notched beams with center indicating
sliding poise; undivided tare beam with sliding poise; magnetic damping;
zero adjust compensator and more.
